Jaime is an experienced cosmetic nurse and registered nurse with 15 years of experience in aesthetic nursing. She is committed to ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with treatment techniques, safety practices and attends regular conferences workshops and training sessions.

With so many treatments available, knowing where to start can be difficult. Jaime will take the time to listen to your concerns, assess your individual needs and recommend suitable treatment options.

Privacy

At CosMedic Clinic, your privacy and confidentiality are important to us. Our clinic provides a private, professional environment where you can feel comfortable discussing your concerns.

We obtain informed consent before undertaking treatments and before using any patient photographs for public or promotional purposes.

You may withdraw consent for future use of your photographs at any time.

Payment, Booking and Cancellations

  • Payment Options

    We accept EFTPOS, Visa and Afterpay for eligible treatments and skincare purchases. If using Afterpay, please ensure your account is set up and approved before your appointment. Terms and conditions apply.

    We also offer existing patients the option of making payments directly into our bank account towards future treatments. Please use your name as the payment reference. This arrangement is available once your proposed treatment has been discussed with us.

    Prepaid funds can be retained as clinic credit towards future treatments or products. Refunds of unused prepaid funds are subject to a $50 administration fee.

    Gift vouchers can be purchased through our online store and redeemed in clinic towards eligible treatments and products.

    New patients are required to pay a booking fee for their initial appointment. Returning patients are not generally charged a booking fee.

  • Booking

    Appointments can be requested through our online booking system, or by contacting us directly by phone, text, email or the contact form above.

    New patients are welcome for all services except dermal fillers, which are currently available to existing patients only.

    Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email.

    If you're unsure which treatment to book, we recommend starting with a Cosmetic Consultation. Our experienced registered nurses will discuss your concerns and recommend suitable treatment options.

  • Cancellations and No-shows

    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient.

    We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may incur a cancellation fee.

    Appointments more than 7 days away can be rescheduled or cancelled through our online booking system. For appointments within 7 days, please contact us directly by phone, text or email.

    Where sufficient notice has been provided, booking fees may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
